Client System Update

Dear All,

During the past 4 to 6 Weeks we have asked some of you to switch to a new system called MindBody. The purpose has always been to make sure customers have the best experience ever. After conducting a pilot with about 10% of our current students and gathering the feedback of our coaches we have decided not to continue moving forward with MindBody STARTING IN OF JANUARY 2022. We will continue using our current software Acuity from SquareSpace.

We appreciate all of you who helped us in the pilot program.

Here is what happens next:

STARTING JANUARY 2022 AND ROLLING THORUGH OUT THE 1ST 4 WEEKS OF THE YEAR

If you had been asked to switch to MindBody and switched: You don't need to do anything. Your data in Mindbody will be deleted from the system by Dec 31st, 2021. You will see your charges coming in from Franco Racquet Sports in your Credit Card and Bank Statements.

If you had been asked to switch to MindBody and didn't switch: Since we finished our pilot program there is no need to take action.

So how did we improve?

Starting in January 2022 you will be charged 1 to 24 hours after taking the lesson. This will provide more clarity in the transaction and scheduling process for everyone.
