Finding Indoor Tennis Courts In the Dallas - Fort Worth Area

Always, between mid November and mid March, with temperatures lowering into the 30’s and 40’s in the morning and evening hours it gets very cold to play some tennis, as a result avid tennis players from the Dallas Fort-Worth Tennis community ask, where can I find an indoor court to play tennis at a comfortable temperature during this time of the year?

Everyone seems to have bits and pieces of information, however the greater Dallas area is very big geographically, and with partial information it is tough to know what indoor tennis courts are within reasonable distance of someone wanting to play. As a result we have compiled the list of all the indoor tennis courts in the DFW and we have put them in a map so that you can know which location is closer to you.

In total the greater Dallas area has 70 indoor tennis courts (Climate Control) and 11 additional covered courts with no climate control. Below is a complete list of all the indoor tennis courts in the greater Dallas area. You have indoor courts pretty well distributed geographically, however, every venue is different. Some centers are private while others are public and some require membership to play while others don’t. The common denominator at these venues is that you will be paying between $20 and $40 dollars per 1-1.5 hours per court, and you very probably need to reserve with time in advance, especially if you plan to play at busy times (5 to 9 PM).

Finally, most of these locations will prioritize clinics over court reservations so your best bet is to call ahead and find out what the best way to get a court reservation is.
