Where to Play Indoor or Covered Tennis in Dallas-Fort Worth
Between mid-November and mid-March, temperatures in Dallas often dip into the 30s and 40s — which makes outdoor tennis less appealing. That’s why so many local players ask: Where can I find indoor or covered tennis courts in Dallas–Fort Worth?
The DFW area is massive, and indoor courts can be hard to locate. Some facilities are public, others private. Some require a membership, while others don’t. So we’ve made it easy: below you’ll find a complete, updated list of all indoor and covered tennis courts in the region organized by type and location.
In total the greater Dallas area has 70 indoor tennis courts (Climate Control) and 15 additional covered courts with no climate control. Below is a complete list of all the indoor tennis courts in the greater Dallas area. You have indoor courts pretty well distributed geographically; however, every venue is different. Some centers are public while others are private, and some require membership to play while others don’t. If you're looking for instruction, many of these facilities also offer private tennis lessons and group classes for adults and juniors.
Finally, most of these locations will prioritize clinics over court reservations so your best bet is to call ahead and find out what the best way to get a court reservation is.
